Anna Pfaehler Gets CFP® And A Promotion

Anna K. Pfaehler, an associate in our firm’s Scarsdale, N.Y., office since 2006, has earned her Certified Financial Planner™ designation and has been promoted to Client Service Manager.

Anna, 23, is a northern Kentucky native and a 2006 Vassar College graduate. She majored in economics and minored in mathematics at Vassar, where she graduated with honors. She was the valedictorian of the 2002 graduating class at Covington Latin School in Covington, Ky., and studied for one year at the London School of Economics. Anna obtained her CFP® credential in October and became a manager on Nov. 1.

Since joining Palisades Hudson, Anna has been extensively involved in our investment, tax and accounting practices. She helped organize the firm’s first private equity investment vehicle and is responsible for administering an oil and gas partnership with operations in five Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain states. She also has served as a staff analyst for the firm’s investment committee, covering U.S. small-cap investments from 2007 to 2009.
